Well we made it !! After almost a year of hard work and Covid delays today we welcomed 1200 Rainbow Trout fingerlings (young fish) to our farm to complete or aquaponics project. ❤️❤️
OBG Father of the Farm John’s background in fish farming made this a particularly proud day. John has come full circle! returning after years dedicated to overseas environmental conservation to his passion, now bringing his expertise in sustainable initiatives to our local area.
We are so excited to start this chapter at Mill Meadows Farm. We have to say a huge thank you to all our volunteers and supporters who helped make this happen.
Looking forward to having you all back on site as soon as we can open!! In our OBG fathers words we cant wait to be providing naturally sourced produce to our local community over the next year. Stay tuned for our next steps.
