















Join us in the Alpaca paddock for an hour of fluffy fun and friendly faces with our charming alpaca herd. Learn about these amazing animals and the wider farm initiatives, as well as meeting and feeding our alpaca herd.
This relaxed, easy-access session is perfect for guests of all ages – especially those who may not be able to join our alpaca walks. You’ll have the chance to meet, feed, and learn about our alpacas, while also discovering more about our wider farm projects and sustainable practices.
You will now be able to enjoy a range of locally sourced drinks, toasted sandwiches and sweet bakes from our Alpaca Café. As a pre booked guest you will also have access to our private gazebo area to enjoy your food and beverages or bring along a picnic should you wish to do so.
Come along for a gentle, joyful hour in the paddock – the alpacas can’t wait to meet you.

We have parking on site for all pre booked guests. Please drive via Westbourne village when using our postcode to find our gate. Once on-site parking is signposted along the apple trees to your left . If you’re struggling for a spot a member of the OBG team will help you find a space.
We will continue to assess the weather in the run up to your booking and decide on the morning of the Meet & Greet if we think this isn’t suitable. We will look to rebook the session if the decision is made to cancel the session. If there are circumstances where you will not be able to return to us, we will look to refund your money at our discretion.
We aim to make our experiences as welcoming and inclusive as possible. As our sessions involve working closely with animals, safety and animal welfare are key considerations.
• Free site entry during opening hours, including access to our café area.
• Public sessions: free carer/supporter place available where assistance is required.
• Quiet sessions: private or small-group experiences for those needing additional time, space, or support (charged at a private session rate)
• Unfortunately our toilet is not wheelchair accessible.

Food is not included in your experience. However, if you are purchasing food or drink when on site, please enquire at the café for allergy information a member of the team will be able to help you when ordering. If you bring your own food this is at your own risk, and we ask that wash you hands before you consume any food during or after your experience with us a the hand wash stations.
We are a farm set in lots of green space at certain times of the year pollen levels can rise so any hay fever sufferers please ensure that you take the appropriate measures to ensure you comfort on site before you arrive. For anyone who requires regular medicine please carry any required medication with you.
It goes without saying we want you to be addicted to Alpacas not allergic by the end of your experience.
1. ALPACA WALKING
1.1 PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
(a) All bookings made are expected to be made online. Where we manually book the experience for
you, we will confirm your booking and issue an invoice for payment.
(b) An Alpaca walking booking must be made at least 24 hours before the experience. This does not
apply to our “meet and Greet” experiences which can be booked on the day of the experience.
(c) Subject to) clause 1.1(d) once a booking is confirmed and paid for, we cannot offer refunds
except in exceptional circumstances or at our discretion.
(d) No refund will be given in any circumstances if a customer cancels a walk within 48 hours of the
scheduled walk. We would only be able to reschedule the date of the walk.
(e) No refund will be given if without prior agreement a customer does not turn up for the walk.
(f) If you find yourself in Covid-19 isolation, we will move your booking to a new date if we are given
24 hours’ notice. If you find you have Covid-19 symptoms, please contact us to reschedule your
walk.
(g) Please ensure you alert a member of the team if you have any health conditions before you book
a walk. The team can assess and advise the right experience for you. If you are pregnant, please
consult a health care professional for advice before booking a walk.
We have a customer toilet on site for visitors and additional hand washing facilities in our café area. We have a marquee with tables for visitors to use. For Alpaca experience guests there is a roofed gazebo to shield us from rain during your time on site as well as shade during the hotter days.
Our café horse box is open 10-3 for you to purchase hot or cold drinks, focaccia toasties and sweet treats, as well as our gift shop.
For Alpaca experience guests you will need to leave your fur babies at home as you will not be able to take a dog or any pet into the same paddock as the alpacas or near our livestock. If you are just visiting for a coffee in our café area, we allow well behaved dogs on leads. We reserve the right to ask your dog to leave the premises if they are causing the animals or other customers to feel anxious.
To participate in a Meet & Greet session we advise you wear wellie boots or walking boots as even in the dryer weather the ground can be unstable or a muddy. Please don’t wear shoes you don’t want to get messy. We will not take out anyone who is wearing open toe or heeled shoes and this is a health and safety issue.
